This Impossible Pie must be one of the least demanding and most scrumptious sweet pie formulas I've at any point attempted! Furthermore, when I state simple, I mean EASY. Blend everything up, place in the broiler, and pause. It makes it's own outside, and tastes precisely like a coconut cream pie!
2 glasses (500ml) milk
1 glass (90g) dried up coconut
1 teaspoon vanilla substance
1/2 glass plain flour
1 stick (120g) margarine
3/4 glass caster or white sugar
1/4 teaspoon ground nutmeg
Spot milk, coconut, eggs, vanilla, flour, margarine and sugar in blender. Blend well.
Fill a lubed and floured 9" pie plate. Sprinkle nutmeg to finish everything.
Prepare at 350F (180C) degrees for 45 minutes
