Keto Beef Broccoli Stir Fry
1/2 lb level iron steak or sirloin steak, daintily cut contrary to what would be expected.
4 oz broccoli florets daintily steamed
1/2 tbsp coconut aminos
1 tbsp new ginger ground
1 clove garlic minced
1/2 tsp coriander powder
1 tbsp olive oil
1 tsp sesame oil
salt and pepper to taste
1 avocado cuts, for serving
Meat and Broccoli Stir Fry
Season cut meat with coriander powder, salt and pepper.
Warmth the oil in the skillet over medium-high warmth, include ginger and garlic and broil 30 seconds, at that point pan sear meat for 2-3 minutes, until carmelized.
Include steamed broccoli and sear for an additional 2 minutes, mixing continually.
Pour in coconut aminos and sesame oil and hurl until covered. Present with avocado cuts.
