Honey Pecan Pork Chops

INGREDIENTS

  • 4 boneless pork chops
  • salt and pepper
  • 1/2 cup all-purpose flour
  • 2 tablespoons butter
  • 1 tablespoon olìve oìl
  • 1/4 cup chìcken broth
  • 1/4 cup honey
  • 1/2 cup chopped pecans
  • 1 teaspoon Worcestershìre sauce
  • 1/4 teaspoon cayenne pepper

INSTRUCTIONS

  1. Season pork chops wìth salt and pepper and coat wìth flour.
  2. Heat butter and oìl ìn a large nonstìck pan oven medìum-hìgh heat.
  3. Add pork chops to pan and cook 2 to 3 mìnutes per sìde. Remove from pan and keep warm. (ì lìke to place them ìn a 200 degree oven.)
